DAX Reciprocated LLC – Service Agreement & Disclaimer

This Agreement explains what DAX Reciprocated LLC provides in its paid sessions, what is not being provided, and the responsibilities of each Veteran (“Client”). By scheduling and paying for a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement & Disclaimer.

Nature of Services

DAX Reciprocated LLC provides educational consulting sessions to help Veterans better understand VA disability benefits, decision letters, and general options available under VA rules and procedures.

Services may include:

• Explaining basic VA disability concepts, rating criteria, and benefit types.
• Reviewing a copy of your VA decision letter with you to highlight key issues and general options.
• Discussing general strategies for gathering evidence, organizing information, and understanding timelines.

Services do not include:

• Preparing, completing, or submitting VA claims or appeals forms on your behalf.
• Representing you before VA, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, or any court.
• Acting as your VA-accredited representative, attorney, agent, or VSO.
• Communicating with VA, medical providers, or other agencies as your representative.

You remain fully responsible for filing and managing your own claims and appeals and for meeting all VA deadlines.

Accreditation and Legal Advice

DAX Reciprocated LLC and its owner are not accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to represent claimants in the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of claims.

DAX Reciprocated LLC:

• Is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
• Does not act as an attorney, claims agent, or Veterans Service Organization representative.
• Does not sign VA Form 21-22 or 21-22a and is not listed as your representative before VA.

All information provided in sessions is general educational information based on publicly available VA rules and typical claim processes. It is not tailored legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for consulting an accredited representative or attorney.

Fees and Refund Policy

The standard fee for a VA Educational Review & Strategy Session is $300, payable in advance via Stripe or another approved payment method. If you later choose to move forward with the Extended Educational Support Package currently priced at $2,000, the initial $300 session fee will be credited toward that package, reducing your remaining balance.

Payment confirms your appointment time and reserves that time slot exclusively for you.

Refunds:

• Session fees are non-refundable. The fee is earned when you book and pay for the reserved time, because preparation and scheduling begin immediately.
• If you contact DAX Reciprocated LLC at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time, you may request one reschedule to a new mutually agreed time as a courtesy.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend (no-show), may result in forfeiture of the fee without rescheduling.

This fee is for time and educational information only and is not contingent on any VA decision, rating increase, or back pay award. DAX Reciprocated LLC does not charge percentages of back pay or outcome-based fees.

Extended Educational Support Package (Currently $2,000)

The Extended Educational Support Package is a multi-session, education-focused program designed to help Veterans better understand the VA disability process so they can confidently manage and submit their own claims or review requests.

This package may include:

• Several longer educational sessions where we walk through general VA rules, timelines, and options (e.g., higher-level review, supplemental claim, new claim).
• Detailed explanations of how to read decision letters, rating criteria, and diagnostic codes.
• General guidance on organizing medical records, lay statements, and other supporting information.
• Checklists, templates, and examples provided as general tools to help you plan and track your own actions.

This package does not include:

• Filling out, completing, or typing into VA forms or online systems on your behalf.
• Selecting specific review lanes or claim strategies for you; DAX Reciprocated LLC explains options, but you make all final decisions.
• Submitting any claims, appeals, or evidence packets to VA for you, or clicking “submit” in VA systems on your behalf.
• Representing you before VA, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, or any court, or acting as your accredited representative, attorney, or VSO.

You remain fully responsible for completing and submitting all forms and uploads yourself, choosing which claims, appeals, or review requests to file and when, and meeting all VA deadlines and evidentiary requirements.

No Guarantee of Outcome

VA disability claims and appeals are decided solely by VA based on its laws, regulations, and evidence of record. DAX Reciprocated LLC cannot and does not guarantee any particular result, rating increase, approval, or back pay amount.

Any examples, case studies, or past experiences discussed are for illustration only and do not predict or promise your individual outcome.

Client Responsibilities

As the Client, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Obtaining and keeping copies of your own VA decisions and records.
• Deciding whether and how to file claims, appeals, or review requests.
• Meeting all VA deadlines, evidentiary requirements, and procedural rules.
• Verifying any information from sessions with official VA sources or an accredited representative or attorney, as you deem appropriate.

You understand that failure to file timely or correctly may affect your benefits, and those decisions are outside DAX Reciprocated LLC’s control.

Consent and Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment for any session offered by DAX Reciprocated LLC, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Service Agreement & Disclaimer.
• Agree that services are limited to educational consulting as described above.
• Confirm that you understand DAX Reciprocated LLC is not VA-accredited and is not acting as your representative before VA.
• Accept all terms regarding fees, refunds, credits, and limitations of services.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not schedule or pay for a session.
