Why I built this

I joined the Army in March of 2006 and served for eight years. After dealing with my own long VA disability process, I learned how confusing the system can be and how costly mistakes in documentation and process can become.

Later, I became a volunteer Veterans Service Officer and helped hundreds of Veterans better understand and prepare their claims.

Why the flat-fee model matters

Many Veterans are already frustrated enough without worrying about someone taking a percentage of their backpay. DAX Reciprocated uses a flat-fee educational model instead.

If you need more support

Extended flat-fee education and strategy support is available for Veterans who need more than one session.

Book Extended Support

Veteran feedback

“Roberto helped me understand my VA decision and clarified what steps I could take next.”
